Snap, Sip & Savor: A Culinary Collaboration

For the 2020 South Beach Wine & Food Festival, I programmed a culinary collaboration with national food influencers @EastCoastFeastCoast & @Everything_Delish. In partnership with Loews Miami Beach Hotel’s chefs, the influencer duo curated Instagram-worthy menu items at each of the resort’s restaurants, available for a limited time during SOBEWFF weekend. “Snap, Sip & Savor” generated compelling social media conversation from a range of local and national influencers, festival attendees, foodies, and chefs.

National influencer partner @DCFoodPorn supported his Loews Miami collaboration with a revenue-generation tactic – sharing a booking discount code with his followers looking for a warm-weather escape during the winter.
Loews Miami partnered with Exhale Spa to highlight a self-care staycation experience focused on the spa’s new floating meditation class and a day at the resort’s SOAK Cabanas.
To celebrate the 5-year anniversary of Lure Fishbar South Beach, we launched a 2-month pop-up of the most popular dishes from Lure’s NYC flagship location during the city’s off-peak season. The limited-time “From SoHo to SoBe” menu helped reinvigorate the restaurant’s reputation within the local market while building awareness about its history and connection to the SoHo hot spot.
GoDaddy partnered with Miami food influencer @SweetPortfolio to showcase her success story as an entrepreneur. The marketing campaign featured Lure Fishbar South Beach as one of her favorite Miami restaurants and ran across social channels including YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
